This is a house that I made through playing the game completely legit. I didn't use any cheats and started with a starter house and slowly upgraded it as I got money. My sim also met an alien and convinced them to be a room mate, which is how I got the alien spacecraft. At the point that this screenshot was taken I was 18 weeks into that save.
